Paul started as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in 2004 working for one of the largest independent estate agencies on the South Coast. He was quickly promoted to Branch Manager and is now proud to lead the team at Churchill Sales & Lettings, having joined the company in January 2019. Paul has a real passion for property and customer service, ensuring that every client receives the service they deserve. Outside of work Paul enjoys spending time with his young family and socialising with friends
Julie has worked in Estate Agency for over 12 years, both with corporate and independent agencies. This has allowed her to gain a vast array of experience and knowledge, which helps in maintaining extremely high standards for our Vendors, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants. Julie prides herself on establishing excellent working relationships with our clients, colleagues and external contractors to make for a seamless transaction for all involved. Outside of work, Julie enjoys running, reading and socialising with friends and family
Having previously worked in a Lettings Agency and a Solicitors, Carol joined the Churchill Group in 2018 as part of the administration team and moved over to Churchill Sales & Lettings in April 2019. Carol has always had an interest in property and this is very apparent with the high level of attention to detail that she applies with every property that we market. Carol enjoys nothing more than seeing the end result of all that hard work; experiencing a successful completion for our buyers and tenants, and a happy seller or landlord. Outside of work, Carol enjoys walking and spending time with friends and family.
Lynne joined Churchill Retirement Living in 2015, as part of the Customer Relations Team. After gaining a huge amount of experience and knowledge about our developments, right from the planning stage through to Owners moving in, she decided to join Churchill Sales & Lettings to help pass on that knowledge to our buyers and sellers. Lynne works proactively to secure the right property for our buyers and to help reduce the time on market for our sellers. Outside of work, Lynne enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
James has over 15 years’ experience in both Sales and Lettings having worked for an independent estate agency in North Hampshire and Surrey. James joined the team at Churchill Sales & Lettings in 2022 having moved to the New Forest with his family. James thrives on helping and guiding our clients through the selling and buying experience, working proactively to make sure they are fully updated throughout the process. Outside of work, James enjoys days out at the beach and walking around the forest with his young family.
Ryan has been in the lettings industry for over 15 years and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience and drive to support each and every landlord and tenant. Throughout his career, Ryan has demonstrated resilience to the ever-changing market conditions, a passion to exceed his clients’ expectations and more importantly, the ability to work proactively to support each and every transaction. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children, the gym and socialising with friends.
