Situated on the south coast with stunning views towards Christchurch Harbour and the Isle of Wight, Milford-on-Sea has an extensive but mostly shingle beach. Originally a Saxon settlement, the village was an important centre for salt production in the Middle Ages and then became a well known resort in the late 19th century.
There are many excellent walks in the area and Keyhaven is about a mile to the east and has a bird sanctuary. Hurst Castle was built by Henry VIII in 1644 as part of his coastal defences and sits at the end of almost two miles of shingle, known as Hurst Spit.
Milford-on-Sea lies on the coast about three miles east of New Milton and about four miles southwest of Lymington, where you can get a ferry to the Isle of Wight. Milford-on-Sea is easily accessible from the A35 and the closest train stations are Lymington and New Milton.
The resident House manager is on hand throughout the day to support the Owners and keep the development in perfect shape as well as arranging many regular events in the Owners’ Lounge from coffee mornings to games afternoons.
A Guest Suite is available for your friends and family to stay in. In addition, you are entitled to use of the Guest Suites at all Churchill Retirement Living developments across the country. Prices are available from the Development Manager.

Danestream Court requires at least one apartment Owner to be over the age of 60 with any second Owner over the age of 55.
