We have already experienced an 84% increase in the amount of applicants registering their details, an 11% increase in the number of sales agreed and the number of lets agreed up 166%, compared to the same period in 2024,”.
With recent news suggesting that an interest rate cut is on the horizon, and with the stamp duty increase arriving on 1st April, it looks like we are in for a busy few months.
