We are delighted to announce the exciting news that Stratton & King – the specialist estate agency arm of the Churchill Retirement Living Group – has changed its name to Churchill Sales & Lettings.
The main reason for doing this is to more clearly demonstrate our close connection with our parent company, Churchill Retirement Living. As many customers will know, Churchill is a strong brand, widely recognised and respected in the retirement living sector. Our aim is to be clearer with all our customers – both new and existing – that our resales and lettings business is an integral part of the overall ‘Churchill’ service and experience.
Unlike a typical high street estate agent, Churchill Sales & Lettings’ experienced team have an in-depth understanding of the lifestyle benefits and added value that a retirement living apartment provides. They can look beyond the bricks and mortar, valuing properties accordingly and achieving consistently higher resale prices.
Our team works closely with Churchill’s network of Lodge Managers across the country to deliver a valuable service to our apartment Owners and their families when the time comes to complete their journey with Churchill.
We hope the change of identity will help to underline this expertise, and cement the connection between our Colleagues across the wider Churchill Group. Central to all of this is our commitment to providing a consistent service to our apartment Owners and Customers throughout their journey with us.
The name change took effect on 1st July 2022, along with the launch of our new website.
This is an exciting new phase for our business, and we look forward to embracing our new identity as Churchill Sales & Lettings.
